From your dashboard, choose the order you would like to fully or partially return
Select the product(s) you wish to return
For each product, fill in all the required fields:
Quantity to be returned
Reason for return
Condition of the product you wish to return
Upon receiving your request to return, our customer service department will get in touch with you to inform you whether your return request has been accepted or rejected
In case it was accepted, our customer service team will follow the necessary procedure and send you an email containing an airway bill that you can use in order to ship back the product(s) to us using our courier: SEMSA
Make sure you re-package the product exactly as it was when delivered to you, and please do not remove any notes or stickers originally present on the product. Handover the package to SEMSA along with the airway bill previously provided to you
Upon receiving your package, and in case it is not accepted for return, you will bear the shipping charges in full.
♦ Below is a listing of conditions where returns will be not be accepted:
Return requested 5 days after receiving the product
Return requested due to product usage, damage because of usage or misusage
Consumable products
Untagged products, products missing original labels or serial numbers, missing accessories
Upon receiving your package, the SETRABLIND team will inspect and review its condition, and accordingly proceed with the refund process. The refunded amount will be returned to the same card you used for purchase within 7 working days (Please consider the additional time that might be required by your bank)
Refund Charges
In case the return request is accepted, the customer will bear the charges related to shipment. SETRABLIND will refund the money paid minus the shipping charges. This excludes the case where the purchased item is damaged or does not match the specifications listed on the SETRABLIND website upon purchase.
In case the return request is rejected, the customer will bear all charges related to shipment. This include sending the item back to SETRABLIND, and sending the item back to the customer again.
SETRABLIND reserves the right to change this policy on conditions that the latest version is always updated on the website and is effective as of date of publishing
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
